Specific technical studies and asset behavior analysis focusing on Asset Optimization from a technical and economic perspective, including but not limited to the following areas:

• Optimization and performance analysis, presenting proposals to optimize plant performance in a cost-benefit analysis approach (reducing downtime and maximizing production by measuring and improving the right KPIs), assisting the Owner and/or Investor in making informed decisions.

• Contracts optimization and re-negotiation 

• Technical inspection services, such as thermography, I-V curves, anemometer measurements, etc.)

• Bidding processes with respect to O&M Contractors and/ or other service providers, including follow-up meetings, Q&A sessions, scope reviews, comparisons, etc.

• Advice on PPAs and revenue optimization
